A disco shaman. A dance yogi. A lightworker who loves the boogie!

Someone who lives in deep devotion to the universe, to God, to Source (whatever you want to call it) and who also loves to let loose, bring people back into their inner child, liberate their hearts and shake out all the stress, all the fear, all the contraction.

Instead of writing you a traditional landing page, I decided to just write you a letter. If it resonates, this training is for you. 💕

Angel Dance was born out of my longing to bring more joy to the Earth. I've always loved sober parties, ecstatic dances, spaces where we could simply be free, move and learn to love ourselves and each other more.

What I missed in most of those spaces was a deeper devotion, a deeper gratitude practice. Something that could actually break me open. And one day when I hosted a regular ecstatic dance, it did. I cried, because I felt recognized and I saw God/Source and the universe within everyone dancing around me and myself!

My friend Ashtar was there as well and at the end he said: "This didn't feel like an ecstatic dance... This was an Angel Dance!"

Angel Dance is a marriage of ecstatic dance, pleiadian lightwork and 5Rhythms (moving through different elements and different beats) woven together with my own yogic path, my devotional walk toward dharma.

What makes Angel Dance different from ecstatic dance is simple: we open and close the space with devotion, with prayer. That's what turns a regular barefoot dance from a party into a process, a way of recognizing a deeper layer of yourself and liberating into a deeper truth.

What I've experienced hosting Angel Dance around the world is hard to put into words. I keep trying, and it remains hard.

It's fun and it'll give you a real glimpse of the frequency, though of course, nothing compares to experiencing this in person. That's exactly why I created this training.

What this training actually teaches...

In this training, I teach you how to hold space, how to facilitate movement, how to guide people through their emotional process, while healing yourself too, because you're part of the journey as much as anyone else in the room.

In my past life as a DJ, I used to be stuck behind the desk, always searching for the right track, mixing live, consumed by the technology instead of being present, facilitating, co-creating the energy in the room with everyone else.

Eventually, I'd had enough. I wanted to actually connect.

That's why in Angel Dance, we use pre-recorded journeys that follow an efficient, beautiful, proven formula rooted in 5Rhythms by Gabrielle Roth. It frees you, the facilitator, to actually be present and hold space, instead of being buried in the technical side of things.
